The cargo box is reinforced with thickened, wear-resistant, high-strength steel plates, and the bottom plate has been refurbished and reinforced with wear-resistant lining plates, making it less prone to deformation and cracking under heavy ore impacts. The entire vehicle has been sandblasted and rust-removed, and repainted with the original orange topcoat plus protective clear coat, resisting dust, rain, and rust in mining areas, giving it a new appearance. The front and rear axles, balance shaft, and leaf springs have all been overhauled and replaced with wear parts, ensuring no deviation or leaf spring breakage under heavy loads. All air and oil lines have had their seals replaced, eliminating air and oil leaks. The braking system is properly calibrated, providing ample braking safety margin even on long downhill slopes under heavy loads.
